Nose has woody blackberry, crushed black cherry, fresh walnut, clove, black peppercorn, faint ethyl acetate, faint tobacco and dried strawberry

Palate has peppered blackberry mash, bitter chocolate, sweet licorice, violet, dehydrated blackcurrant with faint, sweet vanilla on the medium finish. Decanted 60m, tannins are resolved but could likely hold this vintage another 2-3Y, 2023+.

Zweigelt, Zwhy not? Yummy aromas of cinnamon, black pepper and cherry, some dirt thrown in for good measure. When you can find a nice one, celebrate it.

Solid Zweigelt from a young producer in Burgenland. Biodynamic viticulture & a member of the Pannobile group. Nice drinking.

Deliciously bretty and meaty

Biodelicious. Spice, cherries, nice.

Bouquet like blueberry jam, leather, not super aromatic.

Blueberry compote heavy. Slight grapefruit, limes, and fruit punch.

Reminds me of something you might drink to be merry during Christmas time🎄

This was phenomenal. Cloudstreet.

Tried two bottles of this. First was well-made and interesting. The second had a near effervescent characteristic that paired incredibly with the red fruit and minerality that shone through the wine. Would rate even higher if both tasted of the second bottle.

Would totally buy this again! Zero carbs! Woo!!
