Lavishly oaked showing overt vanilla and baking spices. The fruit is overripe, showing cola, black cherry and cream. While the label suggests 13% abv, the wine is palate coating and slightly flabby. No real noticeable structure. Not my style, but im sure a crowd pleaser for those liking the prototypical, Russian River profile.

As beautiful a definition of Anderson Valley as it gets. Rich fruit, earth and herbal nuances all balanced nicely.

Absent thee from felicity a while,
And in this harsh world draw thy breath in pain
To tell my story.

Needed 30 minutes to blow off a little funk but been in a nice place ever since. I enjoy these Anderson Valley Pinots, they all seem to have a certain elegance. Nice pairing with the grilled chicken.

An elegant Pinot, gave it an hour to open and brought it refrigerated to dinner. Anderson Valley nose of strawberry followed by a velvety mouthfeel and bright cherry fruit flavors. A long, supple finish follows.

This is pleasant in the nose with a touch of cigar box and cherries to me. Clean ripe red fruit and spices dance in your mouth. Well balanced and delicious to drink.

This is a lovely well produced glass of wine. Ripe fruits on the nose and well balanced on the palate.
