Medium bodied, fruit forward plum and currant notes. Subtle smoky, peppery tones and French oak finish.
100% Pinot Noir grapes. The fruit in this wine actually comes from CA.

Bought a bottle from the winery in Volcano, while on honeymoon. Definitely a non traditional Pinot Noir, with harsh almost-burned rubber on the nose, and a distinctly Concord grape flavor that intensifies after swallowing. Sour cherry, raspberry, and tomato flavors as well. Wouldn't go out of my way for this, but as a honeymoon wine, it's worth it for the memories!

Sour cherry and plum. Fruit forward with medium acidity and a beautify tawny ruby color. Low residual sugar makes this seem tart but despite being fruit forward does not come out jammy. Finish a little bit short. Grapes from Lodi California

It tasted a lot different from the wine flights we did at the winery. But it was still pretty acceptable. Also, it's from Volcano, Hawaii Island (aka Big Island), Hawaii, not Maui.
