Orval out of a Chimay glass? People have been jailed for less. Nevertheless, this quintessential Trappist brew fires on all cylinders. By far my favorite complex beer, it doesn't forget to be good on the way to greatness!

Maybe the most distinctive of all Trappist ales. Herbal, spicy, dry and very effervescent. Also tried one with a bit of bottle age on it that was even better.
