Boushey Vineyard Jolie Bouche Syrah

Great vintage. Aged well. Lots of berries left on this one. Delicious.

This has aged very well. Jolie Bouche has always been one of my favorite Syrahs from Efeste. So much dark fruit and spice still left on this one. Still tasted delicious on the second day too.

Tastes like a bottle of sprite that was poured and left out over night. Could be a new la croix flavor.

Love Brennon’s vintages from Efeste. I would say drink this vintage fairly soon, it has smoothed out quite a bit. The fruit is starting to dissipate but it is still nice now.

I couldn’t wait, had to open up another bottle, so good! Earthy nose with some hints of green pepper. Such a nice wine to drink now.

Leather, cherry, earth on the nose. Fantastic wine. Smooth, but can still taste the fruit on the front, and a bite on the back. Holding my other bottles for a few more years.

Their wines age so well. This 2012 is drinking really nice right now. This has really smoothed out. The fruit is nicely balanced while still having a nice very light pepper finish. Nice wine.

A delicious red with a decent bit of tannin to it.

Had eating French fries and watching Peppa Pig with my daughter. Thoroughly enjoyable on both counts. (No she doesn't drink for another 20 years.) Timed it right. Dark fruit and long finish.

Big bold fruity Syrah! Nice acid and good alcohol. Enjoyed this beauty after a wonderful filet with dessert.
