Fantastic. Well-integrated wood. Bright cherry fruit punch. Great wine.

Smooth right out of the bottle. Paired well with lamb & filet. 21st anniversary for us. 53 Zin, 38 Cab, 5 Petite Sirah, 4 Merlot.

Best Coppola wine for me. Tasty fruit with full body

More soul and guts than the Director's Cabernet bottling.

Sweet, jammy black fruit, good acidity and well-integrated oak. 2012 vintage.

2009 Francis Ford Coppola Director's Cut Cinema Red. Deep ruby wine with dark fruit on the nose, primarily blackberries and cassis. Very ripe baked blackberry and cassis jam on the palate, medium+ tannin, medium- acid. Decent without being exciting. Overpriced.

2011 Cab Sauv/Zin/Petite Sirah blend, nose fruit berry, color dark garnet, flavors raspberry,currant,oak, chocolate heavy body, big tannins nice bottle

Lighter and fruit forward

Nice mixture of fruit and spices. Easy drinking California blend, perfumed and some sweetness but not overdone, limited complexity. This is wine to be enjoyed on its own, doesn’t need food, perhaps just some salty snacks and you’re off and running.

Smooth. A little too dry for me.
