More floral than a NZ sav, but has a nice crispness to it.

SIGHT clear, pale yellow/gold with normal viscosity
SMELL attractive floral notes with hints of orange blossom and citrus
TASTE green apple and tree citrus. Perhaps some very young melon. medium body/medium sweet, light tarness and medium acidity--more than I would have preferred.
OVERALL an acceptable, crisp Sauv.

2015v. Lime on the nose. Dry on the palette, with a little bit of weight and rounded mouthfeel. Overall, this wine is not bad, but it is a little boring and flabby. If you like more crisp acidity, look to a better quality Loire sav blanc or something from the new world. It's fine for washing down food, but don't expect much more than white table wine quality. 12% ABV.
