Those of you that love domestic wines should take a look at this gem. Exhibits sweet notes, with density on the mid-palate. Nicely balanced oak treatment, coupled with upright acidity. Finishes with a long tail - really nice. No rush to consume these.

Elegant, structured and full of finesse, this spicy and layered version has thrown its previous rusticity and blossomed into a beauty.

Really intriguing- would make for a great blind wine! Pauillac nose with some iron, tobacco cigar box graphite gets dirty soily around the edges all wrapped up in exquisite black & red fruit. Then it goes all Northern Rhône with distinct Syrah shining through. Fairly big wine with plenty of polish, 10 yrs + and still a baby. Find this stuff

Holy smokes... Vanilla...tobacco, succulent curry. Manchuela. Beautiful finish. Nice wine to come home to after a day of hard work getting ready for grapes tomorrow... #harvest2014 #spanishwine #tapasociety

Deep purple. Vibrant nose of black fruit with some sweet oak apparent in the nose. Robust mouthfeel with jammy fruit flavored and just enough acid to stay focused.

Surprisingly delicious. A bit hot on the pop and pour, but really opened up with time. Great flavors, growing complexity, and really enjoyable, especially day 2. 8.5ish right out of bottle, but day 2 was solid 9.3...

Capa y densidad alta, en nariz potente , aceitunas, fruta roja madura, regaliz negro y curry. En boca buena entrada carnosa, paso muy cálido y final potente y equilibrado.

Softer than the 2002, this wine is still drinking VERY young. Amazing part is that it is still so fruit forward!

Love it. All the things I like. Big syrupy mouthfeel, loads of character and layers of funky smells Stewed veggies and alit of barnyard grunginess, touch of VA. Long length. It’s so different and it feels like TERRIOR whatever the hell thats suppose to mean. I really like this.
