Very attractive nose with rough textured, small orchard apple fruit followed by a honey'd nuttiness, quince jelly and apricot jam, quite opulent. Very fine mousse with gentle and well rounded mouth feel of soft white fruit though lacking the complexity of the nose and also in its finish.

Xarel-lo & Maccabeu blend. 7 years ageing under cork.The more I taste great Cava xuvees the more I love them and Gramona in general never disappoint me. Great character here, some nuttiness and savoury on the palate too making you willing to chew forever. Salivating and persistent finish. Wonderfully put together!
