Fabulous wine. Plums and berries, earth. Fairly complex tannins and long finish. I really, really enjoyed this bottle and for $16 I got another 3. It has been a while drank such an excellent Bordeaux in this price range. I will keep the bottles for another year max but this is ready to drink now!

Dark ruby in color with a wide Purple rim.

Earthy nose of green peppers, blackberries, plums, cherries, red currants, forest floor, vanilla, cloves, oak and white pepper.

Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and great looking legs.

Dry on the palate with blackberries, plums, strawberries, wood, green pepper, dirt and black pepper.

Medium plus on the finish with full, round tannins and peppercorn.

A Nice red Bordeaux, with a nice mouth feel. Very enjoyable by itself or with food. I paired it with an artichoke flatbread . Definitely better than average.

13.5% alcohol by volume.

Great value for 8 GBP, high alcohol and tannins that open up after 30 min.

Significant barnyard when first opened; more refined after it opened up. Nice mineral character. Great wine.

Alcohol on the nose, easy drinking. Not remarkable but not bad.

Lovely! Very astringent without breathing, but afterward lovely complexity. Raspberry and plum, with long coffee earthy finish.

Almost no aroma. Decanted. Dried figs with dry tannic earthy finish. It gets better after opening and aeration.
