Ruby red color, musty raisin fruit nose, taste is initially raisins but there is a very long dark chocolate & raisin finish. Very different to anything else I’ve had.

2012 Blaufrankisch, Moffett Block. 2nd vintage. Great vintage for the Finger Lakes Region. Aromas of violet and berries meld into a beautiful palate of blackberry, mocha and a hint of spice. Beautiful wine now, can't wait to sample again with some more time in the bottle.
