May 31st, 2020Aromatic nose of dusty dried cherries with rose petal. Medium weight. Balanced and Savoury. Cool in every sense of the word. A slight tarriness as you would expect. Finishes with fine powdery dry tannins. Excellent with Roast Pork.

Way too rich, but quite indicative of the vintage, it's definitely a modern style, not a classic blind, but has a character that's applicable with some richer foods.
