Firm acidity from entry to finish with the structure rising slightly as it progresses. If you like your SB “in your face” with the grapefruit and gooseberries, go to New Zealand. I like this sauv blanc. Very nice grassy notes with hint s of grapefruit, well balanced acidity with nice crispness.
