Notes of lemon, pineapple, ripe peach, honey, and green apple with yogurt and honeysuckle. A bit sweet but plenty of acidity to keep it fresh. A lot like a not too sweet lemon curd dessert. Excellent balance and nice complexity. Sweet initial attack with a dry citrus mid-palate and a clean, lingering, off-dry finish.

Kermit has a winner at a very good price. Green apple, quince, and honeysuckle are carried along by a chalky tone and a yogurt tang at the finish.
