Stereotypical #Chianti Classico #wine, only better! Floral red roses, quick damp soil and robust red berry aromas. Delicate, light body, acidic with chalky tannins, flavors start with berries and fade gradually to violets, and cranberry. Not fruit forward, but fades on palate. Opened 1/8/17 pairing with Steak, grilled red onions & peppers.
