Collio Tocai Friulano

Small white flowers and wet stone from snow melt. Soft and mellow, slightly nutty. It’s spring up in the high mountains.

Intense nose between pear and almonds very focused. A little white floral too
Palate is delicious and long, tingling on the tongue

This was a fun wine to drink. The blend really complements itself and the wine is showing great. It’s very fresh, there’s great harmony on the palate, and the texture is round, soft, and appealing. More tertiary character on the nose than palate.

This producers been on my shortlist for a while now -- glad to finally try it! I like it as much as I'd have hoped. Impeccable balance and purity of fruit: lime zest, marzipan, tire shop, and burnt marshmallow -- a strange combination of flavors, but somehow it works.

Various old borgo del tiglio. All world class. Will put them up against anything in the world.

Peaches, pear and flowers. Too cold to really taste.

Extremely delicious blend of Sauvignon blanc, fruilano and Riesling. Very lively acidity. Went quite well with carbonara.
