At 11 years thought this’d be ready - still young. Delicious rich dark fruit and leather, dark chocolate, nice tannins. Has at least another 10-15 years. Wish I had more...

Nov 2nd, 2019Completely different to the first Taurasi we had. This was masculine and robust. Tannins and chocolate, leather, coffee and toast. The fruit had receded to the background but was present. I prefer the first one but this wasn't bad at all.

Jan 23rd, 2017Raspberry aromatics, long finish with firm tannins, anise, tar, and a touch of bright fruit on the palette. I've never loved any Aglianico more than this! Yum!
