Raspberries, plums, cherries, spices that I couldn't put my finger on but still amazing.
Dry on the palate with dark chocolate, smoke, dark berries, cherries, currants and peppercorn.
Angular and bold tannins on the finish. Can be cellared for another few years or drink now. Grapes are grown at 1100 meters above sea level, and aged for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
This is a Very unique wine, both on the nose and on the palate. 14.5% alcohol by volume.

Trying this again out of curiosity.
Opaque, inky violet color.
Tobacco and earthiness on the nose.
Medium to full body with structure.
Dark licorice, plums, and soil on the palate.
The finish is somewhat long, settling onto the back of the tongue like melted chocolate.

Nice red blend. Dry with smooth tannins. Dark fruit flavors of dried plums, and a slight hint of blackberry.

Delicious!! Complex. Dry, nice tannins, fabulous with a grilled filet. Full-bodied, fruit forward, spicy and scrumptious! Buy this again!!!!!!
