Full of limestone, crushed rocks and minerals. Lime, orange oil, ripe apple and pear, hint of pineapple and mango. Definitely some usage of oak, but neutral and pleasant. Trace of RS, but still considered as dry. Nice acidity and long finish. 13% abv

Surprised this didn't receive higher critical reviews because it was stunning. Almost more surprised I didn't hear Brian Wilson serenading me as I downed this. Tropical starburst, tangerine, toasted marshmallow, coconut, sun tan lotion, sea salt, ginger, and dry enough to call refreshing.

Petrol on the nose- plus typical cloying Alsace white floral. On the palate, more refined- yellow fruit. Peaches and apricot- disappears fast! No lasting mouth feel.
