100% biodynamic Sangiovese from Emilia Romagna. Nose of leather, earth, red cherry and tarry nuances. On the palate savoury earthy berry flavours with sandy tannins reflecting the good 2015 vintage but also tasting more mature than the vintage would indicate. Really enjoyed this and shows the potential for the 2015 Brunellos from neighbouring Tuscany.

Somm friend said it was bonkers good and that all her natural-wine friends were head-over-heels for this selection. Really juicy red fruit, almost effervescent. Def tastes like a natural wine--maybe some carbonic.

With every houre it‘s growing. On the second day a perfect balance in light red berries and mushroom/toast aromas in the palate. Great wine!

Eyes closed would have thought that was a cold weather Pinot Noir, like a Swiss Graubunden PN with that tarry, smoky oak flavour. Good, easy drinking, but simple. Not fruit driven, but simple.

Superbe fruit rouge pur et exubérant. C'est très harmonieux et ça se boit tout seul, tout en étant profond et vibrant. Vraiment très bon!

Note : A fine and almost transparent dress on a visual of grenadine, at the beginning and a bottom in the cocoon of the glass, a red pure blood. It is a 100% Sangiovese that is complex in aroma but also elegant and very classy. On the nose, floral notes and spices to accompany red fruits. In the mouth, the flavors are gradually emerging to offer a pleasant taste balance with a divine final. 4.5 / 5 because it lacks a little body but already promises a lot.

Une robe fine et presque transparente sur un visuel de grenadine, au début et une fond dans le cocon du verre, un rouge sang pur. C’est un 100% Sangiovese qui est complexe en arôme mais également élégant et très classe. Au nez, des notes florales et d’épices pour s’accompagner de fruits rouges. En bouche, les saveurs se profilent petit à petit pour proposer un équilibre gustatif agréable avec un final divin. 4.5/5 car il manque un peu de corps mais promet déjà beaucoup.
