The most forestry nose syrah I’ve experienced. Which is consistent with other ratings. More like a brambly foothill oak forest rather than the elegant pine forest nose you find in some coastal pinots.  it’s not a one liner... has some good depth and length.

To me this is the most Rhône-like in style of the Withers line-up. Earthier tones of juniper berries and black pepper. Nice, mouth filling core of blackberry fruit and ripe tannins.
