Jaffa orange skin, melted butter on salty popcorn , new suede, butterscotch, kernel, candied yams, toffee apple, needs a decant but great complexity on the nose. In the mouth this has a beautifully layered, textured with peach, apple and pear skin with an incredible peach stone length that really lingers in the mouth. An extraordinary wine, one of the best orange wines going!

Intellego Elementis 2013. Make sure it gets air; it really blossoms after that. Orange skin, mango, orange flowers, a hint of smokiness. Mouthfilling and only slightly grippy on the palate, finishing with a very refreshing acidity.

Unexpected precision, oil, grip. Texturally wonderful.

Tasted like straight lemon juice first sip. Less so now, but still very tart. Andrew says he likes and is very crisp and clean. Drinking but think it’s just too sour for me. Bar and garden recommendation.

A bit too dry almost. Pretty rich and very clear, i expected a bit more funk.

3 week skin contact. Lovely freshness, Apple, peach, honey. Light phenolics. Terrible label!! But don't let it fool you! Gorgeous.

A very natural wine with low alcohol (12,5 %), very fruity, mild. Straw colour, unfiltered, not clear, like a light pear juice. Overripe fallen apples, peach and honeybush tea with light scent of vanilla sticks on the nose. Fresh, full aroma of yellow peach, Japanese pears, muscat, quince. A powerful finish, the medium acidity slightly overpowers the extreme fruitiness. A demanding wine. I actually prefer the Intellego Chenin.
