1st off this is such an easy drinking wine. Dark fruit, I taste the black currents immediately, super smooth finish with low acidity. Drank this tonight with a ribeye and it was too soft, personally I think it would pair nicely with a lamb shank or possibly even venison. Something more tender. Totally enjoyed this wine!
