O'Roku 王祿 SMV +9.1 Acid 2.3 60% polished 黃金井名 Wild semi dry and full body. The wild taste is from earthy fungus nose and wood finish. Reminded me of the vineyard block planted Ned to the chestnut grove which carries the nutty flavor in the wine. Paired with clam and kinmedai soup and tempura bamboo with grilled anago in Sakura salt.
