Haters gonna hate, but damn! Closer to a cider! Crazy brown-tinted rose with huge rim variation to clear. Funky, and would prob have been better with cheese than our pork barbecue, but still performed well! Try this!

Yeasty, more savory than expected. Effervescence but less acid and heavier weight. Rounded, not tannic. Petrol.

funky, interesting but too sweet.
but i explicitely ceterum censeo the hugely divergent bottle showings - imho the only point of criticism with pet nats.
