oddity pretty much sums up this holiday weekend. this wine was the highlight: white flowers, juicy, fleshy yellow fruit.

This is a very, very enjoyable wine to sip on its own, but I imagine a rich chicken dish, or perhaps fish, would work. It's got a nice and clean, spicy nose and crisp finish, and it's got a hiiiiiiint of the rubberiness of Aussie sémillon happening. I dig.
