Transparent garnet purple. Inviting nose and medium-bodied, fruit forward palate of dark red cherry, blackberry, and red currant with slight vanilla overtones. Juicy medium acidity. Very low tannins. A bit lighter than the typical Paso Cabernet which, along with the fruit forward style, makes for an attractive cookout Cab. Give it a slight chill for a slight bump in structure before taking it outside. Drink now.

Dark ruby with aromas of ripe jammy dark fruit and jolt of spice. The palate shows jammy blackberryand cherry with pepper spice with dry harsh tannins. The wine is full bodied with a short spicy finish. Not a fan. Tasting Sample.

Cherry and blueberry, medium tannins, not too much oak. A dark chocolate finish. A nice, drinkable, everyday Cab

Ashley: hold on. Sniff. Sniff. No idea. Sip. Slosh. Pop pop pop. Tsp Tsp Tsp Tsp. . Love it. Phenomenal. Smooth. Tsp Tsp Tsp. I don’t know. Oh yes 10 out of 10. So smooth I can’t tell what’s in it.
