Getariako Txakolina Hondarrabi Zuri

Bright and snappy. Paired with cream of duchess soup and the acidity cut nicely with the effervescence giving some texture.

Very mineral, salty even palate that’s all about structure. Linear and bright. Great Txakoli.

Perfect summer rooftop wine.

Never met a Txakoli I didn't like. This one was throwing off petrol.

A first experience with a Basque wine. Extraordinarily fresh, zesty, with a lot of green in the nose- green apple, green grass, field flowers. Very mineral on the palette. Amazing acidity for 2015, but would not keep it any longer and preferably drink it the same year as produced. Excellent summer wine. Would die to try it with oysters!

Light yellow, thick texture. Smell of grass, a little bit towards perfume and oil. Dry a little fizzy on the tongue, wide grazzy and apple pear. A little hint if stone and green banana shell.
