The nose shows a wonderful blackberry fruit, a bit of pepper, some bacon and smokey notes. This is inviting! The palate is very well made yet a bit thinner than expected. Strong acid drive, superb blackberry note all around, good width but very little weight on the side, nice soft layer that becomes almost greasy in the finish,a finish that lasts for a long time with that blackberry note and that greasy, bacon touch. It's quite good!
