I love Herb Lamb. But if I'm being honest, I don't love this wine. Even a novice will get overwhelming cherry and raspberry, but with a watery mouthfeel. I guess the wine has 12% Merlot, but I can't detect it at all. I'm sorry, but this is not a $60 bottle of wine

Good characterful style. Typicity with blackcurrant, smoky oak, toasty and light coffee notes. Good ol' hint of mint. Medium bodied soft and juicy, not powerful but a good gob of Cabernet

Such a pleasant surprise! On the medium side of full, both dark and red fruits harmonize and teeter-totter on the palate, balancing each other's presence. Sophisticated integration of oak and well framed with the acidity and softer tannins. This wine has much more than its price would elude to. Buy this wine.
