Nothing special but not harsh either. Smooth and sweet with just a touch of bitter

Crazy strong flower flavor. In particular violet. Had a 2016 vintage... Too young. Tastes like a red version of a Gewürztraminer.

The description I read said this had a nose of "wild roses" and that is very true. Beautifully floral. Drank this with a lighter version of eggplant parm (roasted not fried) and prosciutto with melon. Paired nicely. A nice weeknight wine.
