Nice pepper and tannic back balanced by ripe red fruit. Very quaffable

Bloody juicy barnyard. Fruity and structured. Like Bordeaux meets Rhone. Good three days later.

Wine number two. Poopy and jammy.

Big and bold Southern French blend. Juicy and structured. Give me a big piece of red or game meat with it.

Really good balance between the garrigue of south france, and the dense, grippy cassis flavored finish of bordeaux. The only problem... we drank it too young! I would love to come across some vintages that are 5-10 years old.
