Tasting this next to Valdez 2009 Landy Zin which was open for day The Valdez was richer and earthy but the St Francis has more fruit and is very enjoyable

Holy guacamole, so freaking good!!!!! It's a nice, warm and smooth Zinfandel. Got all the fruity hints that characterizes a Zinfandel, full bodied almost to the degree of a cab, yet manages to be mellow and subtle at the same time.

This was the last bottle of a wonderful evening and potentially my favorite if the bunch. Most similar to the Valdez IMO but I would love to try again with more time to think about it.
