Crisp, lime, mineral saline finish maybe a bit one dimensional at first but opens up showing nice depth, and some interesting herbal notes after getting some air

I don’t usually go for rose, but this impressed - nectarin-ey with saline and a nice zip. Interesting to have a bottle like this with a bit of age on it. Still fresh even with an alarmingly soft cork.
