2023/7/18. This started with a bit of barnyard but it blew off to reveal an arresting country Burgundy. Strawberry and raspberry coulis, cinnamon, basil and shiso, smoked ham, subtle spicy oak…there’s a lot here, but it’s a rollicking fun wine that puts a smile on your face and a smack on your lips.

What a great Pinot. All types of cherries, black tea, forest floor, some wild berries, good tannin. Agree it needs 30 minutes of air to explode with nose and flavor. Great value.
