One of the frutier chards I've tasted--like baked golden apples and pears. Bit of melon and caramelized peach. Some toasted almonds and burnt caramel. Fairly alcoholic but decent acidity keeps it from being too hot. Solid expression.

Fairly heavy with more oak notes that fruit. Would be good with a meal, can stand up with other flavors.

An absolutely superb Chard. Another winner from the Federalist - silky smooth vanilla finish with a slight touch of buttery love! Quite amazing at this price point!
