Well, i think its more cheeseplate and foie gras than anything else. Its bitter and sugary, super ready to drink. Its kind of tannic but softly. It has these very ripe aromas of prune, apricot, peach, and raisin. Its Nice and complex with a lingering kind of confit cippolini onions . Very nice
