This was drinking very well with notes of cedar, tobacco and graphite. Really enjoyable

Aromas hint at an old leather chest; dried spice. Stemmy with nobly aged black currant essence; surprising density on the palate which is intact, though the nose is mute even after a long decant. Maybe just taking its time.

Family hand me down... remembering my father with the bottles he never had a chance to open.

Nice soft red & dark fruits, bright & ripe with a dusty tannin earthy finish.

Lovely Bordeaux at its peak, this 23 year old wine is well balanced with solid notes of earth, coffee, mushrooms, tobacco, tea leaves, leather, cherries, plums, medium to full body, Round tannins, the fruit is giving up to animalistic notes and the finish is pleasant. My score 89, drink up

As classy as they come; medium-bodied, fresh and layered with partly resolved tannins, cedar notes, red and black currant flavors, earthy minerality and a lovely, vivid finish.

På pappret ett av detta chateaus starkare årgångar. Uttrycksfullt och inbjudande klassisk doft. Fyllig med följsamt beteende. Bra fruktkoncentration, med bra grepp och silkig karaktär. Gastronomiskt vin. Plommon, vinbär, tobak, kryddnejlika, kakao, kanel och krossade stenar. Classy!

Critic driven triple 97pt scores. While still a baby, showing great. Two+hour decant left a massive nose of red berries. Full and rich, red and black cherry drive the palate. Some minerality and tight tannins will drive a long cellaring. I’ll wait for 3-5 years before coming back.
