Nice Cava made of 100% selected Macabeo grapes. Additional ageing in bottles 11 months. Friendly & enjoyable.
Color: light straw, tiny greenish glitters.
Perlage: aggressive first, becomes gentle and refined in short while.
Nose: lovely aromas of kumquat, crème brûlée, yellow apple, meadow flowers, whiff of peach.
Palate: light-plus body, refreshing acidity. White grapefruit, pippin apple, jasmine scents.
Finish: quite lengthy, mostly white grapefruit and lemon.
Pair: impromptu cheese plate and caviar canapés.
