True Russian River Pinot Noir. Medium color, shiny. Strawberry jam nose, subtlety damp strawberry seeds with faint white pepper. A little boozy.

Jell-ish texture. Smooth. Minimal tannin and deceiving acidity. Flavors of stewed cherries, finishing raisiny. Hoping for more zip.

As Eddie Murphy/James Brown would say, this pinot is "too hot, in the hot-tub! Hey!"

Great mid-ranged priced Pinot! Drinks like an $80 a bottle wine!

Pretty good rrv. Gave 1+ hrs. Had with lamb sausage, Gorgonzola polenta + sautéed kale w. Meyer lemon. 🤓
