Pours butter in color. ON THE NOSE: melon, green apple, citrus and grass. The nose brings to mind a cross between a crisp non-oaky Chardonnay and a Sauvignon Blanc. ON THE PALATE: tropical Flavors, Apple and grapefruit. Refreshing. Pairing with a wilted spinach lemon pasta this cut the crispness and made it a more full in body. A medium finish.
