Dolcetto

Sister in law and her fiancé visited this winery while out near Athens, TX last weekend and it was surprisingly refreshing. Very Pinot-esque. Light body, more sweet than spicy. Was definitely better slightly chilled compared to normal red wine serving temps. Cherries and cola on the tongue. This wine was more about the company than the wine itself, but it did a good job of keeping the night going.
