A sour that defines the category. Seek it out.

Refreshingly sour, but not gut wrenchingly so. Long and savory finish.

Holy hell. Out of the 3 cascade offerings I've tried this is tops! Not too sour. Refreshing. A delightful after-taste/amrima. Lemon zesty but not over the top. So clean!

Pungent aroma of muscat grapes, citrus fruit, and oaky dill. Puckering acidity and quite dry. Apricot preserves. Finishes slightly funky. Not bad, but balance a bit off.

Wow, this is superb. Perfect balance of tartness and subtle fruit.
