Easy-going, mild, enjoyable 100%CS from Alto-Adige.

Deep ruby red with purplish rim.
Quite attractive bouquet of medium intensity, showing aromas of black currant, blackberry, cherry, plum, touch of earth & cloves.
Harmonious palate of medium body, gastronomic acidity, well rounded tannins. Flavored with black + red currant, wild cherry, plum.
Red currant, wild cherry & cornel at medium-plus length finish. 
Gone fine with lamb chops bbq (marinated with onions, barberry, thyme, cumin, allspice & green pepper).
