Stunning food at L’Absinthe and solid wine. Deep mix of garnet and ruby red with lighter edges. Nice amount of red and dark plums, leather, tobacco leaves and some damp earth on the nose. Medium plus tannins (6.5/10) and rounded with great acidity. Similar notes on the palate with some more red berries, a touch herbal and dark spices. Medium plus to full bodied and lengthy finish. Drink till 2026.

A little expensive at the restaurant for €60.00. Average in USA is around $30.00.

Solid Bordeaux for the money. A little ripe at first but it mostly settled down after about 30 minutes of air. Still seems quite young, stout.

Yes I know too early to drink but it's really well balanced, brimming with ripe berry and damson fruit. Well integrated oak... Delicious grand vin. Stock up. And no, not really drinking at church :)

Dark Ruby with aromas of black fruits and spice and espresso notes. On the palate ripe blackberries and cherries with fine silky tannins with mineral notes on the medium finish. Nice, need to drink now, aging will not improve.

Just okay. Not too pricey and it shows.
