mmmm. started out super funky, dark juicy fruit, milky. as it sat for a minute it warmed up and got more tannic and chewy. say medium tannin, balanced by medium acids and dryness. definitely bolder but not overwhelmingly so. super enjoyable. i love seb david ❤️

Had this at estela and loved it. A wee bit of funk that blew off. Otherwise dirty and non-fruity. Medium body. Drinkable with fish dishes even raw as well as hefty lamb ribs and pork collar. Som recommended and she was right.
