As if Chloe's Bistro weren't awesome enough already. $20 and drink it on the patio? Are you kidding me? Deep dark fruit, earth, spice, flowers.. only ding is it could stand a bit more acid. But what a steal.

Dark sense fruit. Spicy in the back end, and chalky in the middle. You all know I prefer my french to be all in on the funk, the earth, the must, and this ain't it. But it's decent wine if you like more fruit forward, commercial Bordeaux style french.

In the old testament Moses sends two men forward to scout the promised land, they go and return carrying bunches of red grapes so large and god filled that they had to transport em hung unstemmed on a long pole carried on the shoulders of the two fellows. Proof they had been and seen the Promised Land ahead. If any grapes broke and that juice ran free down the pole and they, in their thirst, drank that broken juice, Chateau Unang was what it tasted like.

グルナッシュ、シラー、サンソー

グルナッシュ、シラーらしいワイルドなベリーの味わいにサンソーの程よい柑橘の酸味でバランスが良い。

20.2 in the books! Steak dinner again, finally feeling like we have a he, and celebrating League’s 10th anniversary. Good times

Still loving this wine. Solid value with a more fruit forward style that’s an easy everyday drinker
