Genius sherry to pour for your wine friends who “don’t get” sherry. Huge aromatics. Salty, butter popcorn, creme brûlée. Citrus pith, nutty. Palate is dry and expansive, complex and balanced with searing acidity. Brilliant.

Describing this is like catching fireflies. Good acid & aromatics show sweeter than the palate. What astonishes me is how this starts so light, but develops into this complex, nuanced melange of mineral & spice accented exotic fruit. Amazing.
