Delicious Alto Piemonte unoaked white. Crisp acidity balances lemon curd and tropical notes. No bitter finish like an Arneis. Light mineral notes... our 2018 wasn’t effervescent but I’ve seen a bit with other producers. Just a delicious Italian white that would pair well with so many dishes. Decent value, will buy again.

Yellow, Mayer lemon, tangerine, unripe apricot, mineral, white stone, steely, slightly flinty, med bodied, high acidity, finished with honey water note. Med alcohol.

Takes about 40 minutes for acid to broaden on palate and reveal wondrous depth of watermelon and unripe peach. Versatile with a variety of foods, this is damn good erbaluce. Just good wine.

Some fresh and wonderful juice here: golden apple and pear, Meyer lemon and gooseberry, honeysuckle and white blossom, underripe apricot with a slight spritz. Finish isn’t epic, but it doesn’t need to be—it’s crisp, clean and mineral.
