100% Merlot, old vine. Lots of dark cherry, plum, cedar, tobacco leaf. Still developing but drinking well. Excellent pair with grilled Vacio cut.

Hints of dark cherry, some peat, elderflower and citrus. Opened a few hours early and got the full effect. Went great with corn bread and steak.
